Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Hallandale Beach, FL facility.
The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end daily operational activities within a USDA environment, ensuring efficient production, strong team alignment, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing production schedules and shift planning
• Supervising operational teams across prep, cooking, packaging, and logistics
• Coordinating raw material flow, inventory accuracy, and batch traceability
• Optimizing workflows to increase yield, reduce waste, and improve throughput
• Monitoring budgets, labor costs, ingredient usage, and equipment utilization
• Ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, and internal quality standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Collaborating with leadership on capacity planning and strategic operations goals
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth, improving operational performance, and delivering consistent, high-quality products.

Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and resource optimization
• Understanding of USDA, HACCP, food safety protocols, or willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency with productivity and operations management tools (ERP, scheduling tools, digital logs, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food industry or a USDA-regulated facility is a strong plus
