This strategic leadership role reporting to the VP Strategy & Enablers will lead the development and implementation of the 3-Year Capital Plan by ensuring all responsibilities are performed safely, efficiently, and accurately to enhance the division's performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), Environmental Stewardship, and the Customer 1st Strategy.

Summary:
The incumbent will provide overall leadership to ensure the development and execution of consistent, cost-effective engineering programs by aligning the capacity and optimization needs of existing manufacturing capabilities with the planning and execution of both major and minor capital projects and initiatives that support growth and cost reduction. The incumbent will develop and implement an execution strategy to deliver projects with excellence on time, while optimizing the use of capital and resources. The incumbent will champion manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve cost-to-serve and address future labor sufficiency challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the overall direction, development, execution and optimization of product strategy through the development and implementation of projects that drive innovation, cost savings, and anticipate capacity needs
- Lead Manufacturing Site Engineering organization in the development and execution of minor capital projects to support asset life cycle management process, productivity, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance project
- Lead Manufacturing automation team in the development, support, and maintenance of different automation solutions across the Manufacturing network including ideation and development of manufacturing of the future utilizing Industry 4.0 technology
- Drive the development of project management process across the team using standard PMBOK and project management tools that provide benefit, ensure timeliness, and reduce cost
- Direct the execution and data analysis work for the development and feasibility analysis of new projects and initiatives to meet internal rates of return and align with key strategies and are aligned with Long Range Capital Plan

What You'll Bring:
- 8-10 years of experience leading major Projects or Program Management
- 8-10 years of experience in a Technical role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing
- Strong Capital and Financial expertise
- Broad knowledge in process safety standards
- General knowledge of Bakery, Dairy, Grocery and Specialties/Consumables
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Master's degree in Business or Finance
