Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to take charge of all warehouse operations and logistics activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love driving efficiency, and have a passion for leading teams—this role is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, raw material handling, and finished goods distribution.
- Drive Accuracy: Monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate: Partner with Production and Customer Service to maintain smooth material flow and timely shipments.
- Improve Performance: Develop KPIs, report on warehouse effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Manage hazardous waste areas, maintain certifications (DOT, IATA, IMDG, Hazwoper), and champion site safety programs.
- Develop Teams: Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff for peak performance.
Compensation Range: $95,000-$110,000 per year
Work Hours (rotating weekly): 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm and 7:30am-4:00pm MST
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- SAP and warehouse management systems expertise.
- Forklift certified; familiarity with Lean manufacturing preferred.
