Pay: $70,000
Schedule: Early shift Monday–Friday

you, an experienced
Logistics & Transportation Manager, who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable leading daily operations while managing a small fleet. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on managerial role and make an immediate impact.
What You Get To Do
- Oversee daily dispatching and scheduling for multiple warehouse locations
- Directly manage a fleet of box trucks, including payroll and day-to-day leadership
- Serve as the central communication point between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers
- Partner with transportation providers and internal leaders to resolve delivery issues
- Identify and correct order/shipping errors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Optimize transportation routes and troubleshoot last-minute logistical challenges
- Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and company operating standards
What You Need To Succeed
- 2+ years of dispatch, routing, or transportation coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of DOT regulations for commercial drivers
- Experience managing drivers or transportation operations is highly preferred
