Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 520-hour contract-to-hire, long term opportunity
- Compensation: listed below, Fixed rates (no opportunity for negotiation)
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–6 weeks; between 8 AM–5 PM EST (subject to change)
Quality Assurance (2 Openings)
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums, or supplemental reviews.
- Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales are provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations.
- Confirm client instructions and specifications are followed and all questions addressed.
- Verify each review is supported by current clinical citations and references from reputable medical journals/publications.
- Ensure content, format, and professional appearance of reports meet company standards.
- Confirm appropriate board specialty review per client specifications or state mandates, documented accurately.
- Verify peer reviewer attestation to facts and absence of conflict of interest.
- Ensure provider credentials and signature are included in final report.
- Identify inconsistencies and contact Peer Reviewer for clarification, modification, or correction.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal ERISA and state mandates.
- Provide insight to management on consultant quality, availability, and compliance with policies/procedures.
- Promote efficient utilization of company resources.
- Participate in educational and training activities as required.
Schedules & Compensation:
- Sun–Thurs: 8 AM–5 PM EST (4 days), plus 1 late shift 12–8:30 PM EST
- RN: $31.25/hr | LPN: $29/hr
- Tues–Sat: 8 AM–5 PM EST (4 days), plus 1 late shift 12–8:30 PM EST
- RN: $31.50/hr | LPN: $29/hr
Utilization Management (2 Openings)
Responsibilities:
- Review appeals and all types of Prior Authorizations.
- Conduct Admissions reviews using Interqual.
- Perform Chemotherapy and Radiation Treatment reviews.
- Review outpatient test and procedure authorizations.
Ideal Candidate: Previous Utilization Management experience.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM EST
- Must have compact license in 50 states
- RN: $31.50/hr | LPN: $29/hr

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
