Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals.
- Market Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events.
- Collaboration: Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience as a yacht broker or in other luxury sales.
- Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Pre-Employment: All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Prior experience in the luxury market (a plus).
