Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding

Engage residents in activities and social events to promote mental and emotional well-being

Report concerns and observations to licensed nursing staff

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:

Valid Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistive devices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
