We’re an established private dermatology practice with 15+ years serving the Dana Point community. Known for our excellence in patient care and supportive team culture, we’re seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist or Dermatopathologist to join us. This is a unique opportunity to step into immediate patient volume while building a rewarding career within a well-supported, collaborative practice. Whether your focus is medical dermatology, cosmetics, dermatopathology, or a thoughtful combination, you’ll find the patient base and team support to grow.
About the Position
- Part-time (with potential to increase to full-time) role in a busy, stable private practice with strong physician mentorship and team collaboration
- Flexible practice mix:
- Medical dermatology – general dermatology, full-skin exams, biopsies, excisions, skin cancer detection
- Cosmetic dermatology – opportunity to expand patient demand in injectables, lasers, and advanced procedures
- Dermatopathology – contribute to in-house pathology while balancing with clinical dermatology (if applicable)
- Immediate patient volume
- Supportive, collaborative team of physicians and highly trained staff

Who We’re Looking For
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology and/or Dermatopathology
- Strong clinical skills in medical dermatology; cosmetic and surgical experience a plus
- Dermatopathologists: residency-trained and interested in combining pathology with clinical dermatology
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and collaborative — someone who values being part of a team that puts patients first
