Your role at Clorox:
The Supply Chain Leader (Business Unit: BU) is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain strategy, execution and excellence across their business unit. This role ensures alignment of global strategies, fosters collaboration across organizational boundaries, and delivers sustainable results through innovation, operational rigor, and talent development. This role will lead transformational initiatives that optimize performance, strengthen resilience, and create competitive advantage.
In this role, you will:
Enterprise Collaboration & Operations
- Reporting to the BU General Manager, the Supply Chain Leader is accountable for architecting and executing an integrated supply chain strategy across manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, and shared services—ensuring alignment with both business unit and enterprise-level priorities.
- Partners with business unit leaders and enterprise teams to drive cross-functional alignment, unlock operational synergies, and deliver scalable, enterprise-wide efficiencies through process optimization and digital transformation.
- Leads operational excellence by embedding technical innovation, advanced production planning, and automation across the end-to-end supply chain. Champions the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance data quality, reduce cost, and accelerate decision-making.
- Maintains full P&L accountability while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, health, and regulatory standards. Provides executive oversight of supply chain application strategy, development, and deployment—rationalizing the technology portfolio, mitigating risk, and ensuring measurable business value. Serves as a strategic advisor to senior supply chain and IT stakeholders, translating complex challenges into actionable enterprise solutions.

What we look for:
- 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including multi-site and global operations.
- Proven success in enterprise collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
- Expertise in change management, organizational design, and strategic execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and capital planning.
- Advanced degree or executive certification preferred.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location.
–Salary Range: $182,200 - $382,500
Ranges are subject to change in the future. This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
