What You’ll Do
As a Wellness team Supervisor on our Non-Medical Home Care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seniors receive safe, dignified, and supportive care at home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing home visits and ongoing client assessments
- Supervising caregivers and ensuring care meets agency standards
- Updating plans of care and ensuring client safety
- Conducting supervisory visits every 30/60 days
- Recognizing and coaching caregivers — and celebrating their wins
- Supporting caregiver training and quality assurance efforts
- Helping with the two-step PPD program as needed
- Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure exceptional client service
This is a
full-time role supporting our Mainline territory, based out of our Havertown office.

Requirements
- RN or LPN license (current PA Board of Nursing registration)
- 10+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred
- Managerial or supervisory background ideal
- Sales or client-facing experience a plus
- Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Annual TB test required

Territory: Greater Philadelphia — from the Delaware border to Horsham, with emphasis on the Mainline area.
Travel within territory is required.
