Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in the Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, creating and managing production schedules, and ensuring that production deadlines are met. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resources, maintaining quality control, and optimizing efficiency in the production process while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and team leadership to effectively manage and engage production staff
- Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning for efficient workflow management
- Strong skills in Communication for facilitating team collaboration and providing clear directives
- Knowledge of Production Management to optimize operations and ensure quality and efficiency
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic production environment
- A degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and understanding of health and safety regulations is a plus
