President – Executive Leadership Opportunity
About the Role
This is a rare, high-impact executive opportunity to lead a global business at scale. You’ll lead all major functions — Operations, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Quality, HR, and Customer Service — while owning full P&L responsibility and driving results across the Annual Operating Plan.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Vision & Strategy
- Develop and execute a bold, forward-looking strategic plan that aligns with both long-term vision and near-term objectives.
- Expand products and markets through innovative business strategies focused on profitable growth.
- Build and implement a three-year business roadmap for continued advancement.
Build & Empower a High-Performing Team
- Lead and mentor a strong executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive talent development, performance excellence, and succession planning across the organization.
Own Financial Performance
- Oversee full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial execution to ensure growth and profitability.
- Make data-driven decisions that support strategic investments and operational efficiency.
Champion Customers & Partners
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Ensure world-class performance in quality, cost, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Drive Operational & Technological Excellence
- Lead capital investment planning to support new product development and future capabilities.
- Support the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance competitive positioning and accelerate growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (FDA, EPA, OSHA, etc.) while maintaining a culture of safety and discipline.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive medical device experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership.
- Proven success leading a medical device manufacturing organization or CMO (Contract Manufacturing Operations).
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership across sales, operations, supply chain, and administrative functions.
- Visionary leadership with the ability to energize and guide diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker and strong problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
