- Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)
- Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base + annual bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals and manufacturing operations.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication, engagement, and retention across all levels of the organization.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage total rewards programs, ensure market competitiveness, and support annual compensation reviews.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations; maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate with plant and department leaders to address workforce planning, succession management, and performance improvement initiatives.
Who are you?
- Experienced HR Leader: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Manufacturing Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Hands-On & Strategic: Comfortable balancing daily HR operations with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust at all levels.
- Change Champion: Proven ability to drive organizational change, enhance engagement, and foster a culture of accountability.
