Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Operations at Prime Line Packaging. The Director of Operations will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role includes managing budgets, optimizing business processes, supervising teams, analyzing operational data, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Director will work collaboratively with other departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding and interpreting KPIs, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Team Management skills, including leadership, team development, and effective communication
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships
- Organizational and strategic planning skills
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
