We are currently hiring
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/NACs) and
Home Care Aides (HCAs), with
priority given to caregivers available for weekday late afternoon/evening and overnight (NOC) shifts.
Weekend caregivers receive an additional
$1.50/hour for all Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Late Afternoon / Evening Shifts
- Availability: Monday–Friday, between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Ideal for caregivers who enjoy later-day schedules and providing evening support to clients

NOC (Overnight) Shifts
- Availability: Approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM
- Weekday and weekend openings available
- A great fit for caregivers who prefer quiet, consistent overnight hours
Your Role
As a CNA or HCA, you will support clients in living safely and comfortably at home by:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Assisting with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Performing light housekeeping and ensuring a safe home environment
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Current NAC/CNA or HCA certification
- Experience in home care, long-term care, or other healthcare settings
- Experience with Hoyer lifts, dementia care, or end-of-life (hospice) care is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
