Travel LPN Job Description – Winslow, AZ
We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Winslow, Arizona.
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Location: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Pay: $1,473 per week (gross)
Requirements:
Active LPN license (state eligibility required)
IV Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards
Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RN or physician
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect
Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
