Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Groveland, FL. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, supervising teams, implementing operational improvements, and monitoring performance metrics. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategies, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, all while driving exceptional operational performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, team leadership, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, performance tracking, and data analysis
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve operational goals
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Experience in retail, logistics, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
