Are you a seasoned Safety Manager ready to lead?
Our client, a leader in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Safety Manager. This key role oversees all aspects of occupational health and safety at three facilities. We need a leader who can:
· Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive workplace safety programs tailored to a food manufacturing environment.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, GFSI).
· Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and report findings with corrective action plans
· Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and third-party safety audits
Qualifications require:
· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety leadership role, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
· Proven experience conducting audits, training, and leading safety committees or initiatives
