Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Location: Robison Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing | Stamford, NY
Compensation: $29.15 to $39.50 (based on experience, benefit status and shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, perform treatments, administer medications, and support residents’ physical and emotional needs. You will work closely with our CNA team to ensure timely, accurate care and maintain thorough documentation of all nursing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Support
Deliver personalized care, promote residents’ health, and provide physical, educational, and emotional support
Perform nursing procedures and treatments as prescribed
Supervise and guide assigned CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
Medication Administration & Reporting
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, complete resident care documentation using electronic medical records
Ensure CNA documentation is thorough and timely
Qualifications
Current, valid NY LPN license
Experience in a nursing home or hospital setting preferred
Valid CPR certification
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
