In this highly visible and strategic role, you’ll lead initiatives that elevate operational performance, quality, safety, and compliance. Working within our established operating framework, you’ll build sustainable systems, develop talent, and execute projects that deliver meaningful, lasting results.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔹 Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost performance
- 🔹 Oversee quality systems, internal/external audits, and customer-facing compliance activities
- 🔹 Support safety and environmental programs, including OSHA, EPA, and risk-reduction efforts
- 🔹 Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders to strengthen organizational capability
- 🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including R&D and Operations leadership
- 🔹 Drive Operational Excellence across all functions by standardizing processes, improving system performance, and embedding best-practice methodologies
You’ll manage a team spanning CI, Quality, and Maintenance, playing a pivotal role in shaping the plant’s performance and long-term growth trajectory.
What We’re Looking For:
- ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- ✔ 5+ years of experience in CI, Operations, or Quality within a manufacturing environment
- ✔ Strong cross-functional leadership and proven project-execution capability
- ✔ Knowledge of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- ✔ Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills
- ✔ Demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar)
