We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers-helping create a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who reaches out to our office.
What You'll Do
- Greet and route visitors; answer and forward Division phone calls.
- Perform miscellaneous typing, data entry, filing, and document scanning.
- Process large mailouts; receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Accept and update calendar requests for conference rooms and the Stormwater Management leave calendar.
- Maintain order and appearance of the reception area, ensuring City brochures and reading materials are available.

Minimum Training & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED; and
- One year of experience that includes receptionist, sales, service industry, or clerical work involving heavy public contact.
Salary Range
$25.1538 to $68.2567/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $18.4335/hour.
Driver's License Requirements
At the department director's discretion, a valid Class E State driver's license may be required at the time of appointment for any designated positions allocated to this class.
