Health Care Associates is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home located in the Holland, Michigan area.
Position Details:
• Shift openings: 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 8:00 PM visits
• 7 days a week (flexible scheduling and shared shifts available)
Care Needs Include:
• Administering medications via G-tube
• Wound care management
• Routine assessment and documentation
• Supporting the client’s overall comfort, safety, and wellness
What We’re Looking For:
• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience with G-tubes and wound care (or willingness to be trained)
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
• Dependable and able to work independently in a home setting
