Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Manager located in Columbia, MS. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and team coordination. Responsibilities include managing workflow efficiency, leading production teams, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role involves problem-solving to address production challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, with experience in managing production schedules and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes and ensuring products meet industry standards.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management, focusing on optimizing workflows and maintaining efficiency.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, communicate across departments, and implement operational strategies successfully.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably with knowledge of oil and gas or custom equipment production.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
