We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Keosauqua, Iowa. If you're a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for exceptional resident care, we want to hear from you!
About The Role
As the NHA, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care. You’ll provide strategic leadership in staff development, financial oversight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all business-related functions of the facility
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, policies, and regulatory standards
- Oversee annual state surveys and maintain ongoing readiness
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost controls
- Partner with physicians to support effective clinical programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies and procedures
Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NHA in a hospital or long-term care setting
