Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

SUMMARY
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and validating product, style, and purchase order data within our internal systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms to support efficient purchasing, inventory tracking, and reporting for the Frames, Mirrors & Wall Décor Department. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel and data management systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update product, style, and purchase order data into internal systems (Excel and AIMS).
- Maintain and reconcile purchase order details, cost sheets, and style master files.
- Populate and upload data from Excel into web-based systems for order creation and tracking.
- Perform daily maintenance and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in purchase order and style data.
- Maintain organized and accurate digital documentation of all data entries and updates.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data management.
- Generate and maintain Excel reports for tracking data status, completeness, and accuracy.
- Support cross-department communication regarding order status, data integrity, and updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the purchasing and inventory management process.

- Experience with purchase order systems and data validation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data entry, purchasing, or inventory data management.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel-based data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or SQL is a plus, but not required.
