Waterville is looking for motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join a great team. Waterville Residential Care Center, a 92-bed sub-acute skilled nursing and short- and long-term rehabilitation center in the village of Waterville, NY.
Responsibilities
This position manages the daily clinical regimen of each resident. LPNs implement and evaluate the care of residents ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents as ordered by physician

Provide effective nursing care to patients.

Observes and records health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.

Communicate and document patient status, changes in health, and concerns to registered nurses, physicians, or other members of the healthcare team

Maintain resident environment, following hygiene protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment

Preparing residents for admissions, transfers and discharges.

Taking an active part in patient care planning
