Who You Are:
A self-starter with a passion for the retail business! This role will provide high-level administrative support to the President, Retail - NA to help drive the day to day business operations working closely with the Retail executive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the President, Retail – North America.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars for the President, Retail – North America.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the larger team with general in-office needs including supplies, seating, and overall day to day support.
- Prepare agendas for business meetings and attend to take notes, monitor follow ups, etc.
- Assist with tasks including, but not limited to new hire onboarding, vendor management, office supply inventory, facilities management, updating org charts and reviewing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain files and financial reports, prepare expense reports, code invoices to appropriate departmental codes.
- Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and itinerary travel logistics.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of Michael Kors related events and projects.
- Gather content and materials for review and formatting for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Prepare routine correspondence, memoranda, and e-mail responses.
- Answer and screen incoming calls.
- Participate in other activities/projects at the discretion of management.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience is required
- Demonstrates ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Has the ability to problem-solve, be forward thinking and anticipate needs
- Ability to be proactive and flexible
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
