The Role:
We’re looking for an HR Assistant with hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and compliance while supporting employees across all levels of the organization. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-first manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including hours, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain HR records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, and HR policies.
- Generate reports and support HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR administration and payroll experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally
