Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
Ensure high standards of care for residents.
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of NJ.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
