We’re looking for a versatile and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Starbucks Technology Team based in Seattle. This role will provide executive level administrative support to our SVP, Data & Analytics. We are looking for partners with a high level of integrity, problem solving capabilities, and proactive organizational skills who are comfortable with ambiguity and possess the capability to meet the demands of the team. This role will be an integral part of the fast-paced leadership team and act as a mentor and coach to the admin team. As an executive assistant, you will…
- Support the SVP, Data & Analytics by representing the leader and the leadership team with a high level of interpersonal savvy and efficiency
- Handles confidential and sensitive information with internal and external contacts with a high level of professionalism and composure.
- Lead the day-to-day support of calendaring, travel, invoices, expenses, and other administrative functions
- Forward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity
- Collaborate with support partners supporting leadership within Starbucks Technology team and across the broader enterprise
- Understands rhythm of business to anticipate executive’s needs, prioritizes team deliverables, and cascades information to admin team
- Organize and schedule team meetings, both in person and virtual, either leveraging audiovisual equipment, or setting up meeting facilities
- Schedule executive domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures. Proactively address all aspects of the executive's travel to ensure productivity and safety
- Actively engage with the executive's direct report team to ensure alignment of priorities and open communication paths
- Comfortable engaging with external and enterprise networks
- Serve as a leader to the administrative team within Starbucks Technology
We’d Love To Hear From People With
- Progressive administrative experience 7-9 yrs.
- Providing support to executive level management or equivalent 7-9 yrs.
- Fast-paced environment 7-9 yrs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, expert PowerPoint skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the business, including both function and company priorities

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
