Pacific International is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the packaging and chemical space, recognized for its commitment to quality, delivery, and innovation in the printing space. The organization is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations at a key North American facility. The Plant Manager will lead a team to optimize quality, safety, maintenance, and productivity. They will report to the COO and be involved with executive leadership teams across the US and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of plant operations; production, engineering, quality, safety, logistics, maintenance, and support.
- Drive cultural transformation; productivity, accountability, performance-driven
- Experience with Film Coating, Extrusion, and finishing processes preferred
- Manage capital projects, new equipment purchasing, and installations
- Continuous Improvement and Lean Mindset - experience with driving OPEX initiatives
- Executive team experience; ability to work with and present to senior-level leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10-15 years of manufacturing experience (7+ years in a Leadership position)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality, and QMS procedures
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
