Seven Executive are retained on a very important Vice President of Wholesale position for a globally recognised wholesale distributor of HVAC parts and equipment, where you would ultimately oversee performance, customer service, operations and wholesale across 17+ branches encompassing DFW, Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas markets.
This is a high-impact and entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and developing a large team of Branch Managers, and managing full P&L accountability across the region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving profitability, and ensuring outstanding customer and employee experience at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple branches, ensuring consistent execution of business goals and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and their teams to achieve strong performance in sales, service, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee regional P&L performance — driving revenue growth, optimizing margins, and managing expenses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational alignment, and customer satisfaction enhancements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all branches.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement throughout the organization.
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in wholesale distribution (any sector welcome — HVAC experience not required).
- Track record of managing multi-location operations and leading large teams within a complex, customer-focused environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, profitability, and team development.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
