Overview:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive telephone coverage for executives, handle confidential communications, and ensure timely message delivery.
- Maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, events, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense submissions.
- Liaise with internal teams and departments to gather information, respond to requests, and secure required services.
- Provide backup coverage and general administrative support across the team as needed.
- Maintain organized systems, distribution lists, and a well-functioning workspace.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Concur preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
