What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help with ambulating, repositioning, and transferring residents safely.
- Provide compassionate companionship and respond to call lights promptly.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output as directed.
- Ensure resident comfort and safety while maintaining a positive, respectful environment.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident confidentiality.
- Support nurses and medical staff to provide top-quality care.
What You’ll Need:
Active CNA Certification (Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification (Required)
Long-Term Care Experience (Preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and compassion skills
