The Opportunity
We’re seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our transition to a SaaS-first model and accelerate market expansion. You’ll own growth strategy, revenue scaling, and channel development—building a world-class partner ecosystem that drives adoption across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial automation sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute global growth and revenue strategies (ARR/MRR).
- Build and manage channel partner programs (VARs, OEMs, integrators, distributors).
- Lead enterprise sales, alliances, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to position AI-powered solutions for market impact.
- Engage directly with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to drive visibility and growth.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in senior revenue or growth leadership roles.
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS in AI, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Expertise in partner ecosystem development and enterprise sales.
- Strategic communicator with strong investor and C-level experience.
