Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Supervise and guide CNA staff
Assess resident needs and develop care plans
Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and staff
Administer medications and treatments
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges
Accurately document in PCC
Support a smooth transition between shifts
Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
CPR Certification
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
