Responsibilities of the Director of Concierge:

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor

Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Provide general information and assistance to residents and their families

Coordinate visitor check-ins and ensure a smooth front desk operation

Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist admissions with tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
A compassionate and friendly attitude toward residents and guests
- CNA preferred
