Aux Talent is partnering with a Las Vegas-based Professional Services to add a Personal Assistant to the executive support team. As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as one of the primary gatekeepers to the company's CEO and Founder (two individuals). You will be responsible for everything from researching, booking, arranging travel, office management, and personal tasks for the Founder and CEO.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Calendaring, Travel Coordination, Gatekeeping, Triaging Communication, Event Planning, Office Management, Project Management, Personal Errands
Requirements: 3-5 years of Personal Assistance experience supporting founders, C-level execs, or high-net-worth individuals (bonus if in family office or high-velocity startups), High level of confidentiality and professionalism, Resourceful Self-starter, Strong attention to detail and discretion, Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Schedule: In office 5 days/week, Full Time
Pay: $120,000-150000/year + bonus + comprehensive benefits
Location: Las Vegas, in office 5 days a week (willing to relocate the right candidate)
