PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Camber Children's Mental Health Hospital, Wichita KS
Salary: $29.70-36.30 per hour (Based on Experience & Education)

Camber Children’s Mental Health in Wichita is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this vital role, you will provide direct care and support to children ages 6 to 18 in a safe, trauma-informed environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Take medication orders and supervise the dispensing of medications
- Chart and maintain accurate medical records
- Assess medical health concerns, including infection control, and ensure timely care
- Collaborate with the staff nutritionist to meet patients’ dietary needs
- Communicate with case managers or adults responsible for patients’ physical health
- Assist with injuries and accidents
- Consult with direct care staff to support patient well-being
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $29.70 per hour, increases based on education and experience
- Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hour for weekday evenings/overnights, +$5.00/hour for weekend evenings/overnights
- Schedule: PRN: Pro Re Nata, work as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; certification as a Registered Nurse
- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Kansas; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Experience: Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience working in behavioral health settings preferred
