Administrative Assistant 
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with extensive travel arrangement experience. Someone with previous experience organizing international group travel would succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm meetings
 - Coordinate both domestic and international travel; prepare detailed itineraries for groups as large as 50.
 - Process managers’ expense reports, verify expense documentation and submit to accounting for payment
 - Heavy calendar management, scheduling of internal/external meetings and appointments; coordinating conference calls; heavy vendor interaction
 - When not performing travel arrangements, this role would support the Finance department.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 - Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
 - Ability to multitask
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
 
This position is hybrid, located downtown in the financial district, four days a week in the office and the hours are 9-5pm.
