Pay Range: $37.00-$46.00 (All Inclusive)
Responsibilities of RN:
- The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Registered Nurse (RN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Qualifications of RN:
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
- Active CPR/BLS Cert.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting- Preferred
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
- Experience in Point Click Care (PCC)- preferred
