We’re seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead the company’s revenue-generating functions across multiple divisions. This executive will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in building a unified, high-performance sales organization that drives top-line growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and align three divisional Vice Presidents of Sales across diverse market segments.
- Develop and execute national sales and commercial strategies focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
- Drive professionalization and modernization across the commercial organization, including sales structure, compensation design, KPIs, and CRM adoption.
- Personally manage and develop relationships with major national accounts while expanding new business channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and R&D on strategic initiatives, pricing, and product innovation.
- Introduce performance analytics tools (Power BI, CRM, ERP) to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, actively contributing to company-wide growth strategy and operational planning.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience within chemicals, cleaning products, industrial consumables, or distributor-driven sectors.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-division sales teams at scale ($100M+).
- Strong background in B2B distribution and national account management.
- Experience implementing sales systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools) and driving data-driven performance.
- Hands-on, field-oriented leader who enjoys visiting customers and building relationships directly.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
