A school-based position is available for a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide dedicated support in a middle school setting. This contract role is scheduled for the current school year and is based in Manchester, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to a medically complex 7th grade student.
- Assist with personal care needs and health monitoring throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to ensure the students health and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of health services and report any changes in the student's condition.
Qualifications:
- Valid LNA or CNA certification.
- Experience working with medically complex students or individuals.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care in a school environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the education and healthcare team.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
