Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Texas, United States. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, manage production planning, and ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing operations. Daily tasks include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role also requires overseeing the implementation of safety and compliance protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
