Position Overview
All Care is looking for an RN to make home visits for med management/wellness checks in the Lynn/Surrounding areas.
Position Type: Part Time
Compensation: $42-46
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties are to include, physical assessment, assessment of home management and safety, case management, and medication management, and community referrals as needed. In this role you will need to work closely with the Case Manager at Greater Lynn Senior Center.
