The Role
As a Licensed Assistant Administrator (LNHA), you will work closely with the Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care. You’ll play a key role in supporting staff, building culture, and maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Requirements
- Current LNHA license in Georgia (or eligibility to sit for the exam).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proven ability to foster positive team morale and enhance resident satisfaction.
