One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking for Executive Assistant to add to their team. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The Executive Assistant will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communication on behalf of executives.
The Executive Assistant will arrange business travel and manage expense reports. The Executive Assistant will anticipate the needs of executives and adapt to changing priorities. The Executive Assistant will screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, and emails. This will be in a fast paste environment.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50- $55/ hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to executives, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
- Prepare and edit high-level executive presentations.
- Anticipate and manage the work needs of executives, adapting to changing priorities.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Admin for SVP/C-Suite level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products for document and presentation preparation.
- Strong communication skills for managing calls, visitors, mail, and email.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining files and coordinating travel and meetings.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Additional certifications in office management or administrative support are a plus.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
