This is our first Ops hire, and will report directly to our CEO. You'll be responsible for standing up a ton or processes that do not exist today, or need to evolve to match our growing team and customer base.
We're looking for a generalist who is extremely organized, has high agency, and can operate in high levels of ambiguity.
Specifically, you will get the opportunity to:
- Lead our finance function in helping close the books, prepare for board meetings, and lead annual planning/budgeting
- Help us recruit world-class talent by managing a recruiter and building a more efficient talent acquisition machine
- Influence overall strategy of the company for fundraising, hiring plans, and new product lines

Unwrap.ai is on a mission to fill the world with products people love. We do this by helping companies understand their customers like never before. Specifically, we ingest feedback from thousands of sources (support channels, surveys, social), use state-of-the-art NLP technology to extract actionable insights, and empower teams to take action on these insights to ship better products.
Our founders, two ex-Amazon Alexa Product Managers, were tired of manually sifting through customer reviews, support tickets, and bugs while working on Alexa. They understood the importance of listening to customers and prioritizing their requests effectively, but simply had too much feedback to parse through. So, Unwrap.ai was born to solve this problem.

Role Qualifications
- You have a finance background, and know SaaS financial metrics well.
- You're Type-A and extremely organized.
- You have experience or are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- You are an extremely hard worker.
- People love working with you.
- 2-12 years of experience.
