Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President Operations located in Knoxville, TN. Some work from home is acceptable. The Vice President Operations will oversee daily operations, manage profit and loss (P&L), and provide strategic planning. This role will involve project management and ensuring superior customer service to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Skilled in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the senior living industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Understanding of senior living industry through experince.
- Marketing agency and/or multiple client and brand managment and production level marketing.
