Position: Vice President of Operations - Transmission
Company: Leading Utility Contractor
Location: Texas - Hybrid
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the western transmission operations, including work in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
- Oversee EPC projects, including engineering.
- Deal with clients, business development, project management, schedules, and accounting.
- Be able to communicate with field personnel and company presidents.
Key Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Capable of managing work and clients.
- Understanding of how to build a transmission line and associated indexes.
- Experience in business development.
- Understanding of project management principles, schedules, and accounting.
Level of Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the field is crucial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with construction management is also needed.
